Luvuno Consulting is a 100% Black woman owned, Level 1 B-BBEE consulting company established to address the shortage of skilled Black consultants within South Africa. Our company was founded on the belief that meaningful professional growth is created through the right combination of mentorship, training, exposure to diverse projects and most importantly, access to opportunity.
Our founding member gained valuable experience working on a range of change management projects across various corporate environments in South Africa. These experiences provided valuable insight into the challenges organisations face when implementing change and highlighted the importance of having the right people, skills and support in place. This knowledge and experience became the foundation upon which Luvuno Consulting was established.
We specialise in helping organisations successfully manage the people side of change. Our approach is centred around creating awareness, building acceptance and achieving maximum adoption of change initiatives. We use practical change management strategies and a range of engagement mechanisms to support employees throughout the transformation journey and help organisations achieve their desired outcomes.
